We offer an exchange or refund as long as the item is returned unwashed and unworn in original packaging with all labels still on*.
Some info about our returns/refunds and stock
-*Please note all underwear must be tried on over own underwear and we retain the right to refuse returns when its apparent this has not been done.
-Sometimes a style will be sold out in your size, you may ask why does this happen why don’t they just order some more? We are only small and we only make small batches, some of our styles are more popular than we anticipate and it might take us time to manufacture more.
Why do we (the customer) pay for postage and packaging?
-Because otherwise we would have to build this into the cost and the price of the knickers would go up. We charge an honest amount for postage and packaging (UK £3) which includes a beautiful gift box. We send knickers to lots of different countries therefore the cost of postage varies.
How do I make a return?
-Please send back with 14 days of receiving, using the returns form. Click here to view and print Returns Form PDF.
-Your payment will be credited back to the original card you paid with.
If goods are faulty?
-Please return goods with a note explaining what you think the fault is. When we receive this with the knickers we will contact you to arrange the best resolution.
(Please note that between styles colour and size may vary slightly – this is due to the fact that all our garments are hand made)
